If all or part of your order needs to be returned, we only accept items in their original unused condition.
** Special orders, Christmas, Valentine, Halloween costumes, or any holiday outfits, worn or personalized items are not returnable. Postage for returned items, and exchanges are not refundable.

Claims and Returns
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at 888-683-1910 Monday through Friday – 10:00 AM. – 4:00 PM. Arizona Time. Please have your order number when you call.
All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.
All returns subject to restocking charges up to 30% depending on manufacturer in addition to freight charges.
All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to restocking charges up to 30% depending on manufacturer in addition to freight charges.
No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.
Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice. In the event an item is out of stock after a purchase is made every effort will be made to provide a “like” product for that purchase or a full refund will be given for that specific item.

Shipping and handling costs WILL BE deducted from the return as the item was shipped at no charge to you.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your completed order to receive your merchandise. Personalized items may take longer. Certain items may not be available for shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States.
We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories or PO Boxes.
In some cases we can ship outside of the US depending on the product and availability. Please call for shipping in your area.
Any questions regarding shipping should be sent to email@example.com. Orders are processed immediately. If you need to cancel your order, contact us at 888-683-1910 within 24 hours. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Our shipping policy provides FREE shipping on all products. In the event an item is returned the shipping cost of that item WILL BE deducted from the return amount.
Expedited shipping is not overnight shipping. It will depend on the item ordered and availability to ship. Normally Expedited shipping, if offered, is 1-2 business days. Expedited Shipping is generally not available on personalized items. Our free shipping is only for standard shipping speeds. If you need an item faster please contact us for item availability and shipping speeds.

How will the merchandise be shipped to me?
Our products are provided by many vendors; USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, UPS or FedEx Air or Ground. At times some of our manufacturer’s names will be on the packing slip and/or shipping materials representing Reagan’s Toy Chest.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
All products purchased from and/or shipped to the State of Arizona will be charged the Maricopa County sales tax rate of 7.80%. In the event you are in a district or county that reports a higher tax rate you will be responsible for claiming the difference on your taxes.
